This year was my first year attending the Microsoft Management Conference. I knew a few people who were attending.
While escaping the office for a week was an indulgence, I did have to sneak out of a few sessions to do some work. :(
One of the first nights of MMS I met up with Chris and Lee that I help facilitate the Service manager user group meetings with and had some good discussion around what our user group memebers what to see\hear and topics that would be intresting to them.
Friends of SCSM Event
Another exciting event was the first ever Friends of SCSM Event that was held outside of the confrence.
Another nice thing was that the MMS sessions were recorded so you can go back and view them after the conference.

Will there be an MMS2014?
I sure hope so! I’ve heard talk that they migh be combining MMS and Tech Ed next year, and while Tech Ed was held after MMS, they have already announced dates for Tech Ed 2014 and not the next MMS…hmmm.
